Jesus! What's up with the murder-scene kitchen!?

Love the soviet-esque building.

I don't know, but once that picture was snapped we got the hell out of there!

It's a good thing you were in the kitchen during the day. If, by chance, I came across such a thing AT NIGHT, I would run screaming for the hills.

I can't believe I'm saying this but...I miss Tacoma.

IIRC that last picture is of grain silos.

That bridge is fun. Can you still take that ladder on the side down to the counterbalance under the water? And I'm pretty sure that there is some building across the water that's going to be demoed soon. Some sort of power station...

I saw the ladder and I assume that you can still take it, but I was a little too scared to try.

How long has that bridge been abandoned? I just stumbled across it recently.

its been over a year since I've been to Tacoma. My guess would be probably closed in the 90s. Its a pretty peaceful place.

I would suggest taking some time and actually getting to know a place. It can be a lot of fun, climbing all over things and fulfilling your curiosity.
Take your second photo for example. If you hadn't been such a chicken you might have noticed something about that building on the left side of the photo, across the water.
And if you do get busted by the cops your looking at a trespassing ticket tops. Just tell them your a photographer, and they probably ask you to leave. But there's not a cop around every corner so relax.

I'd love to know exactly where that murder kitchen is. I would like to use that in a photoshoot!
