At first I thought these were the TEMCO silos of Interstate 705, but these are actually on....Taylor way, on the Tideflats, right?

I saw your other post though....the Kalakala is still there! Amazing. Last time I wandered that area, I couldn't find it, but then again I was a little distracted by a big pile of nifty junk on E. 11th..

Yes, this building is on Taylor way, the Kalakala is right behind it. Any idea what it is?

I had no idea that there was so many awesome finds around the Port of Tacoma. I'm itchin' to go back.

I'm not entirely sure what it is, but between the active businesses, there are a lot of nifty old things around there.
I've been meaning to do some photographic wanderings of the Tideflats and Seattle's SoDo district, but just lack the motivation as of late!

Is it really an abandoned building though? Needless to say I think I well be coming to Tacoma in the future.

I couldn't tell for sure if it was really abandoned. There were many abandoned buildings and non-abandoned buildings along this stretch of road. All fairly decrepit though. I'll have to get back there for further investigation. This was my first time exploring the Tacoma area.
